Pinups - Shannon

Here is a new pinup logo that I did for the lovely Shannon for her blog called "Stickers and Glitter". She has two little girls, and she said the inspiration for her blog name was that she keeps finding stickers and glitter all over her house!

She was an amazingly positive client and I had a lot of fun working on it! So here is the pinup!

And here is the blog header

And here is Shannon's blog, already sporting its fabulous new header! :)

Happy Father's Day!

Happy late Father's Day! :)

I collaborated with my darling sister, Iwa, to create a card for my Dad. Iwa helped compose the lovely text I drew this illustration.

To my Grey Wolf Dad! Best Dad in the world! (I'm the cub on his back)

In Polish it says: All the best for, Father's Day!

Pinups - Bianca and April's Wedding Pinup!

All the world's happiness to these two lovely ladies who just tied the knot yesterday! By some ill luck, I had bought my ticket to Poland the day before, so I couldn't wish them all the best in person. As a small consolatio prize, I drew this wedding pinup for them, which my sister brought to the wedding so at least a tiny part of me would be there!

They looked as stunning as I had pictured! So happy for them!!!

And here is what the beautiful brides looked like in reality! Got the shoes wrong!

Layout - The Great Stagecoach

Final project this year! Layout! Sir Bielicki doesn't let us off easy. But now, I can probably draw a stagecoach from memory, in my sleep, with my teeth.

At least drawing the horses was fun. Seems that some things, you can't forget. All the horses in these layouts were done from memory - using no reference.

The task - using a provided Western themed script, draw 5 full layouts. One had to be a pan, one an establishing shot, and three of them had to be consecutive.

If you wish to check out the original prop design for the stagecoach, it's right here:

I give you, my blood sweat and tears, of the Wild West.

Painting - The Ant and the Dove

Finished my final Digital Painting assignment for Sheridan. I didn't have much energy left to create something new - so I decided to revisit an old layout sketch I did for a First Year Storyboard assignment, called "The Ant and the Dove".

You can check out the original project here:
The Ant and the Dove - Character

So here it is! Photoshop:

I originally wanted it to be a truck in, so here it is in full:

Animation - My Money - Part 2 (Animal Lip Sync)

And here is part 2 of my animal lip sync! I finished my beak sync - the pigeon character - which was just roughed in my first pass. This was my first fully animated close up done traditionally - so at first it was super daunting, but then I had a lot of fun with it!

I wish I could finish the walk cycle of the pigeon at the end - but that will have to wait for summer. Maybe I'll update it later!

Here is a link to my work in progress:

And here is my Animal Sync Assignment! :D Yay!

And of course, some favorite stills! :)
